Flannery O’Connor
Today is the birthday of one of our favorite authors. She was easily gifted with one of the most modern literary minds I’ve ever encountered.
Her years were March 25 1925 – August 3 1964.
I’m still not sure that readers, including myself, are wholly caught up to what she was doing in her stories and novels. I also recommend her letters (The Habit of Being).
